The Great Energy Debate - have your say! 'Where will the energy come from to power our society in the 21st century?’ at St Johns Church, Bridgetown, Totnes. Jeremy Leggett of Solarcentury will describe how renewable energy can provide the energy we need. Rebecca Ferris of the UK Atomic Energy Authority will argue that we have to include nuclear energy in our energy ‘mix’. The audience will be invited to debate from one of four perspectives: People from Totnes; Chief Executives of industry and government; People from the future; and Representatives of other life forms. |
