The News Stand....what we've been up to in November 2007

The big event for us this month was the BCA Birthday Bash on November 12th!  On the same day, BCA published its first annual report.  Download it here.

A capacity audience gathered in the parish church to celebrate BCA's first birthday and to hear guest speakers Jonathon Porritt, Mark Edwards and Mark Lynas.  It was an evening to reflect on the group's achievements over the last year, and to thank those who have helped along the way.  After a buffet of locally sourced home-made food, the audience heard about the group's plans for 2008, and enjoyed a live performance from JOYAAA and jazz from So What.
